How do I access my online workshops?
After purchase you'll receive an email with a link to access your workshops. The workshops are hosted on Thinkific which is a dedicated learning platform. Here is the link to access the Art Club classroom: https://artclub.thinkific.com/
What device can I use to access my workshops?
You can access your workshops on any internet connected device including your phone or iPad. The videos in the workshops are streamed to you.
I purchased online workshops from you ages ago. Can I still access them?
Absolutely! Any workshops you've purchased in the past are still accessible to you. If you're having trouble signing into your account, or locating your classes please get in touch and we will help. If you're email address has changed in that time please let us know your old email address as we'll likely need it to locate your old account.
I'm stuck, can you help?
Yes of course! If you need help finding a workshop please get in touch. We're also always happy to help you during the workshop so if you have questions about an activity please feel free to ask.
Can I show you my work?
We'd love to see what you've made following our workshops. There are different ways you can share: You can post photos in the Community (all students can see these posts) or on the specific workshop Message Board (only students on that workshop will see the post).
